DBC ships orders using USPS. Flat rate shipping requires 1-5 business days for delivery after it ships, in addition to a signature upon delivery. Shipping confirmation and tracking is available via email as soon as your order departs our facilities. Please note that once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the item. This responsibility is passed on to the United States Postal Service (1-800-275-8777).

DBC ships international orders via USPS priority International. International shipments cost $9 for any destination worldwide and are normally received within 7-9 working days. DBC is not responsible for any fees (custom fees or taxes) associated with your shipment upon delivery. We do not refund shipping charges for orders returned.

Return Policy

To be eligible for a refund or exchange you must first email us at within 7 days of receiving the item.

What is your return policy?

DBC accepts returns for refund or exchange for items damaged in transit. Upon receipt of the item we will redesign a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds or no refunds are granted:

​- Items with obvious signs of use

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of 7 days.​ DBC reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in DBC’s sole discretion.

How do I return an item?

To return your item, you should contact us prior to shipping the item. does not provide return shipping labels and shipping charges for returned item(s) are the client’s responsibility. Please be sure to request adequate insurance to cover the shipment. DBC will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled, or damaged. The address for return can be found on your invoice included with your package.  Upon inquiry, DBC will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

For updates regarding your return, please contact and include the return tracking number. Emails will be responded to within 1-2 business days.

How long does it take for a refund to be issued?

Merchandise returned to will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued to the form of payment that was utilized for the purchase. For Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover we will reimburse the card used.
